Barvrack sits on a hill with stunning panoramic views overlooking Loch Fyne. The house is surrounded by hill farmland and is very private and peaceful. Cattle and sheep graze just outside the perimeter fence.
The garden extends to just over one acre and is full of mature shrubs and trees. There is a shallow stream running through the garden. A natural haven for birdlife and small mammals, one can regularly hear owls, buzzards and other birds and sometimes see pine martens in the garden.
It is recommended to have a car for Barvrack, it is possible to walk into the village, however approximately 300m of this walk is on the main road. And there are plenty of things to see and do within a short car journey.
The village of Inveraray is approximately 1.5 miles away and is the ancestral home to the Duke of Argyll.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles (1 ensuite) and a twin bedroom. The house is surrounded by gardens, and a private driveway with ample parking.

Inveraray is on your doorstep and offers a variety of reastaurants, cafes, a supermarket, shops, post office and two fuel stations and a garage.
The village of Inveraray is on the A83 and is approximately 1.5 hours from Glasgow, slightly less from Glasgow Airport.
